Deeply complex, with cherry and strawberry fruit and earthy aromas, this is a classic Pommard and as such will benefit from short term cellaring of a year or two. It is full of lively acidity and the tannins are firm but well integrated. Pair it with meaty earthy dishes as it will compliment beef with mushrooms and other similar rich dishes.
