Point of Divergence 2024 is our annual Imperial Stout that we ferment with Italian red wine yeast to impart wine and dark fruit notes. This year’s version is a blend of stout aged in Willet barrels for 18 months and stout aged in Laird & Co Apple Brandy barrels for 18 months.
